The hidden audit workload

The floor walk is only half the job.

Audit work fragments when the checklist, evidence, actions, approvals, and final report all live in different places. Tenken gives the whole process one home.

See what stays connected

01Version drift

Different sites and auditors run different versions of the same check.

02Evidence loses context

Photos, notes, and answers end up in separate folders and documents.

03Follow-up becomes chasing

Findings reach a report, but ownership and status live somewhere else.

The connected audit record

One place for the work before, during, and after the audit.

Tenken keeps the operational detail close enough to act on and the audit record structured enough to review.

Standardise

Make the right process repeatable

Build checklists around your operation, publish new versions, or start with a template from the Tenken library.

Built around the people doing the work

Different responsibilities. One shared source of truth.

Tenken is designed for the roles that plan audits, capture findings, verify the process, and own what happens next.

Persona 01

Quality leaders

Own the audit programme

Consistent templates, visible progress, defensible records, and fewer hours assembling reports.

Persona 02

Internal & floor auditors

Capture what is actually happening

A focused checklist, clear section ownership, and fast evidence capture at the point of work.

Persona 03

Compliance & EHS leads

Show that the process was followed

Traceable findings, controlled access, review status, sign-off, and records that stop changing after approval.

Persona 04

Operations leaders

Turn findings into improvement

Clear actions, named owners, priorities, due dates, and a shared view of what still needs attention.

These are hypothesis-based personas derived from Tenken's current workflow and should be validated with customer interviews.

Controls you can explain

Confidence comes from a controlled process—not a badge.

Tenken provides practical controls for managing access, change, approval, and audit records. It supports your compliance process; it does not replace your judgement or certify the outcome.

Role-based workspace access

Owner, admin, auditor, and viewer roles keep management and participation responsibilities distinct.

Locked completed records

A signed-off assessment is locked so the approved record cannot be casually edited afterward.

Versioned templates

Publish a new checklist version without rewriting the historical template attached to earlier assessments.

Recorded status and sign-off events

Key workflow changes are written to the audit log, with signer and timestamp details captured at sign-off.

Portable PDF output

Create a report from the completed assessment for review, sharing, and your wider record-keeping process.

Security & data

The short version for an initial security review. Deployment-specific questions can be covered directly with your team.

Where data lives
Audit records and supporting files are stored in managed, access-controlled services and encrypted both in transit and at rest.
How access works
Authenticated access, organisation boundaries, and role-based permissions limit who can view or change records. Private file links expire automatically.
How records are preserved
Signed-off assessments are locked, checklist versions remain tied to their assessments, and key workflow events are recorded for later review.

Straight answers

What the product does, what it supports, and where your organisation's responsibility begins.

What types of manufacturing audits can Tenken support?

Tenken uses configurable checklist templates, so teams can model internal audits, supplier audits, 5S checks, quality reviews, safety inspections, environmental walkthroughs, and other structured assessments. The template library currently includes starting points for 5S, HACCP, ISO 9001 internal audits, workplace safety, and environmental checks.

Does Tenken guarantee or certify compliance?

No. Tenken helps teams run and document their own audit process; it does not provide certification, legal advice, or a guarantee of compliance. Your organisation remains responsible for choosing the right requirements and reviewing each template for its context.

Can more than one auditor contribute to an assessment?

Yes. Audit sections can be assigned to team members, and their responses contribute to the same assessment record. Owners and admins can oversee progress across the full audit.

How are findings and evidence connected?

Auditors can add comments and photo evidence against individual checks. Corrective actions are also created from a specific response, preserving a direct link back to the finding that prompted the work.

What happens when an audit is complete?

The assessment can move to review, receive an authorised sign-off, and become locked. Tenken can then produce a PDF report from the assessment record.
